Let's start by answering this question: Who is the person responsible for your health ? Is your doctor? Your partner? His coach ?
Who will you blame when you realize that you are in good health? Your parents for the transmission of bad genes ? His doctor ? Your wife or husband? Your boss to unhealthy food ? Pollution of the air we breathe? His boss to create a lot of stress in your life?
I'm sure you all know the answer. The answer is YOU! As long as you blame what happens to you in different situations or other people living in a state of resistance , which creates a lot of unhealthy stress. The tension is destructive because it does benefit you in any way. Resistance will not take you back in time so that you can live a healthier life. It will not help you change your lifestyle and make it better, either! It's time to take full responsibility for your life and you become what you total control over your life. We always have options ... no matter what. Accept the consequences and then try something new , something better !
Now the question is: " Is what I want to succeed in creating a healthy lifestyle in which I still feel young, energetic , strong, motivated and happy? "
You think life is too short to be hard on yourself and ovoid all the "fun" as an unhealthy lifestyle brings ? And if I tell you that life is not really short and aging is not a scary concept after changing your lifestyle ?
This is just a simple decision you need to do to ovoid pain and prevent early signs of aging.

Although some people may know that suffer from the exact same disease your family or ancestors used to have , research has shown that this assumption is questionable. It is the force that can defeat your Nurture Nature . It has been scientifically proven that the beliefs and empower new lifestyles improve biology, even in the cellular level .
