In the lifestyle of today's daily , depression is a family disease. It affects one in eight men and four women ( scary I know) . Many of us are really aware of the symptoms of depression include feelings of hopelessness , compulsive negative thoughts , increased or decreased appetite , insomnia or increased need for sleep , being away social scene, irritated frequency, memory loss and poor concentration levels , interest in suicide and death. Never take the causes of mild depression, it can get worse if not treated on time and should be monitored regularly.

It is assumed that the cause of depression is 40-70 % hereditary , and also note that in some cases , the person in depression have a child who shows signs of depression , and (as was the case in my relationship with my father). This means that the potential of depression in genetic organs.

Hereditary or not demonstrated that depression is just a state of mind of anger or despair can be overcome with time. It is known that deprivation of light and heat in the winter season can increase the chances of depression. This type of seasonal disorder can lead to a state of major depression. The hormones also play a role in the onset of depression, especially in women with premenstrual syndrome or postpartum depression . Indeed, if one in four women suffers from depression compared to one in eight men , this difference disappears among women who have undergone menopause , when the levels lower estrogen . It takes more research to rectify whether these hormonal disorders can actually cause depression or are simply shoot.

Being thrown out of a job , getting divorced , or sudden death in the family may not be the true cause of depression, but may alter the problem in those who are predisposed to this problem. Most likely these events can cause feelings of worthlessness, but if they are not persistent , are a normal part of the grieving process and are not the real cause of depression.

Depression is sadness that lasts too long . Everyone is sad at some point in their life , but depression is more than that . It's a feeling that you can not solve from the bottom . At the end , you give a try. People start to avoid you. You feel bad . You feel that you need to find outside help to solve the problem in the same way you would if you had a sustained cold . Once you recognize that you are depressed , remember that it is a health condition and can be cured. Nobody really thinks of you the way you think they do. Talk to someone . Seek and accept help and you will see that there is another way of seeing life.
